Leave Gananoque heading east along King St, exit onto the 1000 Island Parkway and about thirty two kilometers from Gananoque’s East Gates you will find Brown’s Bay Park. It is a large sand beach spanning three bays. It has a large mowed park area where there is shade from mature growth trees.
There is a good size parking area located just after the admissions booth. There is an entrance fee, but there are also washrooms, change rooms, lots of picnic tables, a play structure. There is a roped but unsupervised swim area in one bay and a nice boat launch area at the far end of the park.
